- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 eggs (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes, onion, and bell pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- If using, crack eggs on top and cover the skillet. Cook until eggs are set to your liking.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
