Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes until it starts to soften.
  4. Add the can of diced tomatoes and taco seasoning. Mix well.
