A simple and delicious recipe for ground beef and tater tots.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 bag frozen tater tots (about 32 ounces)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drain excess fat from the beef and stir in the cream of mushroom soup.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some diced onions or bell peppers to the beef.
- Make sure to drain the beef well to avoid a greasy dish.
- You can substitute the cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken or cheddar soup.
