A simple and delicious ground beef recipe for dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Stir in bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder. Mix well.
- Bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in cooked rice. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure to drain excess fat from the beef if needed.
- You can add other vegetables like corn or zucchini.
- Serve with cheese on top for extra flavor.
