  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  4. Stir in bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder. Mix well.
  6. Bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Stir in cooked rice. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
