- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet.
- Stir in the cooked rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
