Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, cooked pasta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
