- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, cooked pasta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any pasta shape you like.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
