Description

A delicious grilled cheese steak sandwich made with tender steak and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup of cooked steak, sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  4. Add sliced steak on top of the bread in the skillet.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the steak.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  7. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Flip the sandwich carefully and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
