Description
A delicious grilled cheese steak sandwich made with tender steak and melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup of cooked steak, sliced
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Add sliced steak on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Sprinkle cheese over the steak.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich carefully and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
Notes
- Use leftover steak for quicker preparation.
- Try adding vegetables like onions or peppers for extra flavor.
- Keep the heat moderate to avoid burning the bread.
