A delicious and easy grilled cheese salad recipe for beginners.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 cups of mixed greens
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of your favorite dressing
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese melts.
- Remove from skillet and let it cool slightly.
- While the sandwich cools, prepare the salad by combining mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl.
- Slice the grilled cheese and place it on top of the salad.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use any bread and cheese you like.
- Make sure the skillet is not too hot to avoid burning the bread.
- For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the salad.
