Grilled Cheese Salad: 3 Steps to Deliciousness!

Description

A delicious and easy grilled cheese salad recipe for beginners.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 cups of mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of your favorite dressing

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
  5. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese melts.
  6. Remove from skillet and let it cool slightly.
  7. While the sandwich cools, prepare the salad by combining mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl.
  8. Slice the grilled cheese and place it on top of the salad.
  9. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use any bread and cheese you like.
  • Make sure the skillet is not too hot to avoid burning the bread.
  • For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the salad.
