  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Mix the ingredients until evenly combined, but do not overmix.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
