- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Add half the butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, flipping halfway through.
- Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat the steak in garlic butter.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.

- Choose a tender cut of beef for the best results.
- Don’t overcrowd the skillet; cook in batches if necessary.
