Description
Garlic butter chicken bites served with creamy parmesan pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken bites to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the chicken to keep it tender.
- Use freshly grated parmesan for the best flavor.
- You can add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition.
