Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Add grated parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss until pasta is well coated in the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to check chicken doneness (165°F).
- For a lighter dish, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- You can add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition.
