- 2 pounds of beef steak
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Take the steak out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Season both sides of the steak with salt and black pepper.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the steak to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Brush the garlic butter over the steak while it cooks.
- Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
