- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- In a blender, combine strawberries and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
