Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, and chili powder.
- Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Mix in cooked rice and stir until combined.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Divide into freezer-safe containers.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Seal containers and freeze.
- When ready to eat, thaw overnight and reheat in the microwave or stovetop.
