- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, mixed vegetables, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add cooked rice to the mixture and stir until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Label the container with the date and contents.
- Freeze for up to three months.
- To serve, thaw overnight in the fridge and heat in the microwave until warm.
