Ingredients

- 2 cups of cooked chicken
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into freezer-safe containers.
- Label the containers with the date and contents.
- Place the containers in the freezer.
- To serve, thaw overnight in the fridge and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen chicken depending on availability.
- Feel free to substitute broccoli with other vegetables.
- Make sure to let the meal cool before freezing.
