Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cooked rice, and cheese.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Portion the mixture into freezer-safe containers.
- Label containers with the date and contents.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
- To serve, thaw in the fridge overnight. Heat in a pan until warm.
