Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat heavy cream over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, and gorgonzola cheeses.
- Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with cheese sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
