  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime (cut into wedges)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat each fish fillet with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove fish from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  8. Assemble the tacos by placing fish on tortillas and topping with cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and sour cream.
  9. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
