Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the fish with the spice mixture.
  4. Cook the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it flakes easily with a fork.
