- 1 lb white fish (like tilapia or cod)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the fish with the spice mixture.
- Cook the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish cooks, warm the tortillas on the grill or skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Once the fish is done, break it into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish on tortillas, then top with cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the top before serving.
