Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground turkey over medium heat.

  4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Allow the soup to cool before portioning into freezer-safe containers.
  7. Label containers with date and contents, then freeze.
  8. To serve, thaw and reheat on the stove or in the microwave.
