- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggnog, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.
Notes
- Use a store-bought crust for convenience.
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing.
- If the edges of the crust brown too quickly, cover them with foil.
