Easy and delicious egg bites perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add cheese, vegetables, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Grease a muffin tin or use silicone molds.
- Pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the egg bites are set and slightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
- Serve warm or store in the fridge for later.
Notes
- Use any combination of vegetables and cheese you like.
- Do not overfill the cups to prevent spillage.
- These can be frozen for up to a month.
