- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package stove top stuffing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (like bell peppers and onions)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the stove top stuffing mix to the egg mixture and stir well.
- Fold in the chopped vegetables and shredded cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked sausage or bacon to the mixture.
- You can use any vegetables you like.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
