- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the sliced potatoes and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped kale and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat and add the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
