- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, cooked pasta, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
