Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Soak the grated potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Drain the water and pat the potatoes dry with a towel.
- In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form small tots with your hands.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the tots until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
