Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh berries.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Make sure your butter is soft for easy mixing.
