Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and stir well.
- Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onion.
