A simple and delicious pasta salad recipe perfect for beginners.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pasta (any shape)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (balsamic or red wine)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
- While the pasta cooks, prepare the vegetables. Dice the cucumber, bell pepper, and onion.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain and rinse it under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to rinse the pasta to stop the cooking process.
- You can add any vegetables you like.
- For added flavor, let the salad sit in the fridge longer.
