- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well using your hands until everything is evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve with pasta, on a sub, or with your favorite sauce.
Notes
- Do not overmix the meatball mixture to keep them tender.
- Use lean ground beef for less fat.
- Experiment with different herbs for added flavor.
