Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add the rinsed rice to the boiling water.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
  5. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
  6. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  7. Add the bell pepper and mixed vegetables, cook until tender.
  8. Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  9. Mix thoroughly and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
