A simple and delicious way to use leftover turkey.

- 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
- 1 cup diced vegetables (carrots, celery, onions)
- 1 cup turkey or chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes until soft.
- Stir in the shredded turkey and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Add the broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked rice or pasta until heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
