- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in the cooked pasta.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
