  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares, about 3×3 inches.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  5. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place the filled pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the pastries.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
