Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

- If using, sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
