Ingredients

- 2 cups of chopped turkey
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 2 cups of stuffing mix
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 cup of chopped celery
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add celery and onions. Sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing mix, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until heated through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover turkey for this recipe.
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs for extra flavor.
