Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, mixed vegetables, uncooked pasta, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
