- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup uncooked pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced tomatoes, mixed vegetables, uncooked pasta, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with lentils or beans.
- You can use any vegetables you like or have on hand.
- Make sure to stir the mixture well before baking to evenly distribute ingredients.
