Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, cooked pasta, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
