- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, cooked pasta, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any leftover cooked meat instead of ground beef.
- Feel free to substitute vegetables based on your preference.
- For a crunchy topping, add breadcrumbs before baking.
