Instructions

  4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  6. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the vegetables.
  7. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve warm, topped with grated cheese if desired.
