- 1 cup of cooked chicken, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add the sliced chicken and soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry and mix well.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with tofu.
- Use any vegetables you like or have on hand.
