Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the diced vegetables to the egg mixture.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Check if the eggs are set and slightly golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
