- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups of chow mein noodles
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 cup of candy eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, and egg until smooth.
- Fold in chow mein noodles until they are evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Using your fingers, create a nest shape in the center of each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Drizzle melted chocolate into the center of each cookie nest.
- Place candy eggs on top of the chocolate before it sets.
- Let the cookies cool completely before serving.
