Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook until soft.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Mix in cooked pasta and half of the cheese.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
