- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, cooked rice, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- If using, sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
