Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions.
  2. In a large glass bowl or individual cups, layer half of the pound cake cubes at the bottom.
  3. Add half of the mixed berries on top of the cake.
  4. Spoon half of the vanilla pudding over the berries.
  5. Add half of the whipped cream on top of the pudding.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Finish with a layer of whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
