A delightful trifle dessert made with layers of cake, fruit, and creamy custard.
Ingredients

- 1 pound cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups vanilla pudding
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions.
- In a large glass bowl or individual cups, layer half of the pound cake cubes at the bottom.
- Add half of the mixed berries on top of the cake.
- Spoon half of the vanilla pudding over the berries.
- Add half of the whipped cream on top of the pudding.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Finish with a layer of whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use any combination of berries you like.
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the pudding.
- Ensure the pudding is fully chilled before layering.
