Instructions

- In a pot, combine the flowers and water. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove the flowers, leaving only the liquid.
- Add sugar and lemon juice to the liquid. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Bring the mixture back to a boil and let it cook until it thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
- Pour the syrup into sterilized jars and let it cool.
