Ingredients

- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine tahini and lemon juice.
- Add Dijon mustard and olive oil. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in minced garlic and chopped capers.
- Season with salt and pepper. Adjust to taste.
