A delicious and easy-to-make crunchy southwestern chicken wrap.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, bell peppers, cheese, ranch dressing, and taco seasoning.
  2. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  4. Place a quarter of the chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  5. Add a handful of shredded lettuce on top.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. Slice the wraps in half diagonally for serving.
  9. Serve with salsa on the side.

  • Use cooked rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
  • Feel free to customize with other vegetables like avocado or tomatoes.
