A delicious and easy-to-make crunchy southwestern chicken wrap.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, bell peppers, cheese, ranch dressing, and taco seasoning.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Place a quarter of the chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Add a handful of shredded lettuce on top.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice the wraps in half diagonally for serving.
- Serve with salsa on the side.
Notes
- Use cooked rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- Feel free to customize with other vegetables like avocado or tomatoes.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
